Refund Policy

Because NovaAW Software LLC delivers custom engineering work, refund decisions are tied to project stage, delivered value, and the terms of the specific engagement.
Custom service nature
Due to the custom nature of our engineering deliverables, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may not be available once project work has commenced.
Pre-kickoff cancellations
If a client cancels before kickoff and within seven days of payment, a full refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing and reservation costs.
Post-kickoff adjustments
After work begins, any refund is assessed on a prorated basis according to work already delivered, hours consumed, and materials transferred. Evaluation is performed jointly with the client and documented in writing.
Completed deliverables
No refunds are provided for completed deliverables that have already been delivered to the client.
Disputes
Please contact hi@novaawsoft.com first so we can attempt a practical resolution. If escalation is necessary, disputes are governed by New Jersey law as described in our Terms & Conditions.
